Hurricane Harvey caused 12’ flooding and significant damage to the Target in Humble, Texas. Williams Company flew to Humble as soon as flights were available to assess the damage and fast-tracked design, permitting, and a complete store renovation. During the remodel, Williams provided full cost control for insurance reconciliation, along with manage the design and cost upgrades to complete a modern Target experience.
