Williams Company provided preconstruction and construction services to revitalize the South Florida 330,000 square foot shopping plaza. To minimize disruption to current tenants, improvements were implemented in phases. These enhancements involved upgrades to both the exterior and interior, as well as the entire surface parking and systems upgrades to meet Miami 21 code standards. Among the plaza’s tenants were Marshall, Walgreens, Burlington, Fresco, Party City, dd’s Discount, Payless, and the conversion of a Kmart to a Target.
