The Parrish Community High School Addition consists of a complete one-story classroom building to accommodate 400 students.  The new addition will provide Manatee County (14) additional classrooms, (2) engineering labs, (1) multipurpose space, teacher breakroom, mechanical equipment, electrical equipment, and associated restrooms.  The building is designed in accordance to FBC 7th  ED Type II-B and is fire-sprinkled throughout.
