Braden Rollins Promoted to Project Manager I

Please help us in congratulating Braden Rollins on his well-earned promotion to Project Manager I!

Since joining Williams Company in July 2023, Braden has steadily built a strong track record. He contributed to two successful projects at Stetson University—Elizabeth Hall and Chaudoin Hall—as well as our BioLife project. In June 2024, he joined the Target program, where he has truly found his stride, supporting six projects and proving himself a capable leader on Target Wildwood and the Titusville Remodel.

Braden’s impact goes beyond the jobsite. Whether it’s competing in the ABC Chili Cook-Off under Rick Dunn’s guidance, participating in our golfing events, leading the charge on March Madness, or taking home the win at our Cinco de Mayo ring toss, he shows up with energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for being part of the Williams team. His strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to our culture have earned him respect and fans both internally and externally alike.
