Williams Company provided design-build services for the interior build-out of a pre-packaged food distribution warehouse for Vistar, a PFG Company. The scope included 14,000 square feet of modern office space, 32,000 square feet of freezer, and 40,000 square feet of cold dock and cooler storage. To enhance the functionality of the distribution warehouse, 50 new dock positions were added.
