Williams Company broke ground on the construction of a new mid-rise apartment building for a long-time client, O’Connor Capital Partners. Designed by Mitchell Matthews Architects and Planners, this stylish 7-story urban building will be home to 227 residential units, retail, and office space, all wrapping around a 330-space precast parking garage. Some of the highlight amenities of this exciting facility also include a resort-style pool, fitness center, and business center. The project is built using a masonry retaining wall, with cast in place concrete and prefabricated metal wall panels.
