Williams Company was contracted by WS Development of Boston, MA to build a new 2-story, 68,000 SF retail shell building in the heart of Hyde Park Village, a landmark retail destination in Tampa, FL.  The concrete and steel building complements the newly redeveloped architecture of this historic shopping district with its white brick and board-formed concrete façade.
