Williams Company Southeast built an addition to the existing 67,000 square foot Target Store at the Vineland Pointe shopping center. The expansion will add 47,000 SF on the South end of the building for use as additional retail space and order pick-up and an additional 9,000 square feet on the West side of the building to be used as a stock room and receiving. After completion, the store will be 123,000 square feet. The existing building was built using tilt-up concrete, steel frame, and steel bar joists for the roof. All parts of the expansion are to be built using the same methods, and the store will remain open during construction.
