Located on a 51-acre site, the new Sysco Tampa cold and dry storage warehouse will be constructed with half-tilt and half-insulated metal panels. The 523,820 square foot warehouse will have a clearance height of 37 feet, a centralized mechanical plant for ammonia refrigeration, conventional and automated racking systems, a vehicle maintenance facility with truck washing bays, and 62 loading dock positions—all to be completed within 14 months.
