Rachelle joined Williams Company in 2019 as an Administrative Assistant and has consistently gone above and beyond in supporting our teams with professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to our mission. Over the past several years, she has become a trusted resource across departments, playing a vital role in coordinating administrative processes and supporting project teams.

In this new role, Rachelle will continue focusing on supporting field and office operations and supporting our use of Procore. Her deep understanding of our systems and operations uniquely positions her to help streamline workflows and support ongoing process improvements.
