SDOC Kindred K-8 School Groundbreaking Ceremony

Williams Company is excited to start a new school with our partners at the School District of Osceola County!

Last week we celebrated the groundbreaking of Kindred K-8, a visionary school designed to shine as a beacon of learning and sustainability. With its innovative 3-story design by Schenkel Shultz, this school will welcome 1,415 students into a high-performance educational environment and will support the community. Our commitment to sustainability is evident as we aim for an impressive Energy Utilization Index (EUI) of 25 or less and .20 cfm air infiltration per square foot of envelope.
