Bob Lipscomb, Chief Executive Officer

Bob Lipscomb, CEO, began his career with Williams Company in 1988. Bob is a graduate of the University of Florida’s School of Building Construction and is a licensed General Contractor in five states including Florida. Bob is passionate about giving back to his community and is a past member of the City of Orlando’s Municipal Planning Board, Executive Committee member of the American Diabetes Association Tour de Cure and a fundraiser for Ronald McDonald House and Susan G. Komen. Bob enjoys traveling with his wife Chris, cycling with friends, reading a good book and attending Gator Football games.

Taylor Huddleston, President

Taylor began his career at Williams Company in 2000 as a Preconstruction Manager. In 2004 Taylor became the Director of Preconstruction, leading the Preconstruction efforts for the entire company. In 2014 Taylor was named Executive Vice President and in January of 2016  he was  named President of Williams Company. In his newest capacity, Taylor will be entrusted with the daily operation of  the company  including  preconstruction, operations, safety and accounting. As the President of the company he will also be responsible for  long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies for the company.

Chris Rollins, Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer

Chris Rollins started as a Project Engineer at Williams Company in 1994. Since then, Chris has risen thru the ranks to the Chief Operating Officer position, where he is responsible for all company operations. With a degree in Construction Science, Chris has extensive experience in retail, education, site development and industrial construction projects throughout the Southeast region, from Washington D.C. to Texas. He has dedicated himself to serving his clients in a manner in which his organizational skills and personal involvement into the details of estimating, project management, and physical construction have produced a long list of successful projects and satisfied owners. Chris is a 5th generation graduate of Texas A&M University, where he was a member of the Corps of Cadets. After graduation, he was commissioned in the United States Marine Corps and served in the first Gulf War. Chris enjoys all outdoor activities and staying active with his children, from coaching to cheering, and of course, watching Texas A&M football games (most of the time…).

Roger Whitty, Chief Financial Officer

Roger joined Williams Company in 2013 as the Chief Financial Officer. After earning his Bachelor and Master degrees in Accounting from the University of Florida he began his career at a large CPA firm gaining valuable audit and tax experience. He transitioned to private company accounting in 1996 and has worked in the construction and real estate development industries as a Controller and CFO to present day. Roger is a Certified Public Accountant and sits on the Board of Directors for the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA).
