AJ Cox Promoted to Assistant Project Manager

We are delighted to announce the promotion of AJ Cox to Assistant Project Manager!

AJ is a Purdue graduate and joined Williams Company as an intern in the summer of 2023. Since becoming a full-time employee, AJ has shown growth in his technical knowledge, communication, and ability to take ownership—living out our “We, not I” mindset and contributing to the success of both our teams and our projects. Now, AJ will take on expanded responsibilities in project coordination and client collaboration. We are excited to see his continued growth and how he will make a meaningful impact in this next chapter.
