ESOP Committee Visits Sysco Southern Oaks Jobsite
Last month, our ESOP Connections Committee had the opportunity to visit the crew at the Sysco Southern Oaks Warehouse jobsite for an insightful walk-through of their ongoing work!
Situated on a 51-acre site, the new cold and dry storage warehouse is being constructed using a combination of tilt-wall and insulated metal panel systems. The 523,820-square-foot facility will feature 62 loading dock positions and is on track for completion in just under 14 months—a remarkable achievement.
To show our appreciation for the team’s hard work and dedication, we brought lunch and spent quality time connecting with them on-site. We’re incredibly proud of their commitment, skill, and the exceptional work being done to bring this project to life!
Celebrating Parrish Community High School’s Classroom Addition
On April 15th, our team along with our partners at SchenkelShultz Architects and the School District of Manatee County shared the stage during the ribbon cutting ceremony for the new Classroom Addition Building 8 to Parrish Community High School. Although the school opened only 5 years ago, the continuous growth of Manatee County accelerated this pre-programmed addition to meet the community need.
This was our first project with the School District of Manatee County, and despite tropical storms and hurricanes, Williams Company delivered the project ahead of schedule, and significantly under the County’s budget. We look forward to many more successful projects with the School District of Manatee County in the coming years!
Project Win: Stetson Hulley Tower
Symbolizing remembrance, resilience, and rebirth, Hulley Tower is the latest restoration project we’re honored to lead at Stetson University.
Originally built in 1934 and dismantled after sustaining hurricane damage in 2004, Hulley Tower holds deep historical significance. Its base has remained intact, serving as a mausoleum for Stetson’s second President, Lincoln Hulley, and his wife, Eloise.
Now, nearly two decades later, Williams Company is proudly restoring Hulley Tower to its original 116-foot height. This reconstruction project will not only revive a cherished campus landmark, but elevate it—literally and symbolically—with the addition of a new 52-bell carillon. The bells, cast at the renowned Grassmayr Bell Foundry in Innsbruck, Austria, will bring a powerful and lasting voice to campus tradition.
We are honored to partner with Stetson University on this meaningful project—honoring the past while restoring a treasured landmark to its former glory, ensuring its legacy endures for generations to come.

Hands-On Learning at Stetson: A Closer Look at Our Residence Hall Project
The Williams Company project team at Stetson University recently hosted an insightful job site visit for our office-based and early-career employees at the new residence hall currently under construction. During the visit, they toured the site, gained a deeper understanding of the construction process, and observed firsthand the unique aspects of this project. The residence hall features a robust building system that integrates CMU, structural steel, hollow core planks, brick, framing, and more. We’re grateful for our team’s dedication in bringing this project to life and excited to see it take shape!
