Building Success Together: Celebrating Our 2024 ESOP Growth

Williams Company recently hosted a memorable event at the Museum of Science & Industry (MOSI) in Tampa to unveil our 2024 ESOP share value. The day brought employee-owners together for collaborative team-building activities, a captivating planetarium show, and a space-themed guessing game that tied everything together.

In line with this year’s theme—Build. Evolve. Excel.—employees submitted their best predictions on a custom Williams Company solar system for a chance to win $1,000. Congratulations to our winner, Drew Broderick, who was closest to the actual value but it still a lightyear short walked away with a grand prize!

Following opening remarks from our CEO and President, the new share value was revealed in spectacular fashion, projected across the planetarium dome for a moment that truly celebrated our shared success.

We’re proud to announce that our stock price increased from $9.54 to $12.41—a meaningful jump that reflects the hard work, dedication, and ownership mentality of our team. This milestone underscores the strength of our ESOP culture and our continued commitment to growing together.

Celebrating Progress: Lynn Hall Tops Out at Stetson University

Earlier this month, we proudly celebrated a major milestone at Stetson University—the topping out of Lynn Hall, the university’s newest student housing facility!

This exciting addition to campus life is designed to provide a modern, comfortable living environment that supports the academic and social success of Stetson students. Once complete, Lynn Hall will offer suite-style accommodations, study lounges, and collaborative spaces to enhance the residential experience.

The topping out ceremony marks the completion of structural work and brings us one step closer to delivering this state-of-the-art facility. As part of the celebration, we recognized the incredible efforts of our subcontractors, trade partners, and project team who have worked tirelessly to bring this vision to life.

To show our appreciation, we hosted a catered lunch on campus and held a raffle with prizes generously donated by several of our valued partners. A special thank you to our raffle prize sponsors:
