This month, our ESOP committee traveled to Las Vegas for the annual Employee-Owned Conference. We were honored not only to be nominated, but to bring home the AACE Award in the Intranet category, and we’re truly thankful for the opportunity to be recognized among so many inspiring employee-owned companies!
Our intranet serves as a one-stop shop for all things ESOP, giving both our on-site and off-site teams easy access to resources that support engagement and ownership across the company. This award is a proud moment for our team and a testament to the work behind creating a meaningful, connected ESOP experience.
Stepping Up for Heroes: Williams Company Leads the Way at the Tunnel to Towers Climb
Last month, Williams Company STEPPED UP—one stride at a time—to make a meaningful impact! We were proud to once again help sponsor a Tunnel to Towers Foundation fundraiser, and this year we were honored to be the top team sponsor, raising more than $10,000 to support this incredible organization.
The event, known as the “Tower Climb,” challenged participants to ascend 40 flights of stairs in honor of our first responders and in remembrance of September 11th. 33 Williams team members took on the climb, demonstrating their commitment to the cause and to our community.
It’s yet another powerful example of Williams Company giving back and making a difference.
The Tunnel to Towers Foundation, founded in 2002 to honor FDNY firefighter Stephen Siller—who gave his life on September 11, 2001—continues its mission by supporting wounded First Responders and Military Members, as well as the families of fallen heroes. Celebrating the Groundbreaking of the New LHMS Gymnasium
Williams Company is proud to celebrate the official groundbreaking of the new 15,309 square foot gymnasium at Lakeland Highlands Middle School — a major milestone for the LHMS community!
Opening in summer 2026, this state-of-the-art facility is designed to elevate physical education, energize extracurricular programs, and create a vibrant hub for wellness, school spirit, and community connection.
We’re honored to partner with CMHM Architects, whose thoughtful, functional design is bringing this vision to life, and WCF Construction, our valued M/WBE partner committed to delivering excellence alongside us.
Together, we’re building a space that will serve students and staff for years to come — with quality, integrity, and exceptional customer service at every stage.
Celebrating Community & Education in Pasco County!
Last month, Williams Company proudly supported Pasco Education Foundation, Inc. at the Pasco County Swing for the Kids tournament. The event brought together an incredible group of people for a day of fun, teamwork, and giving back. Andrew Owens Promoted to Assistant Project Manager!
We are excited to announce the promotion of Andrew Owens to Assistant Project Manager!
Andrew joined Williams Company as a UF intern in 2023 while earning his Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management.
Since then, he has grown tremendously in his role as a Project Engineer, where he’s currently working on the Ben E. Keith project. He has quickly made an impression with his strong work ethic, attention to detail, and team-first attitude.

Williams Company ESOP Committee Tours Caribe Royale Expansion Project
Last month, the Williams Company ESOP Committee visited Caribe Royale, where our team is currently underway with an exciting expansion of their convention center. During the visit, we had the opportunity to tour the project site and learn more about the scope of work, progress, and unique challenges directly from our team. This visit was a wonderful opportunity for our employee-owners to see firsthand the craftsmanship, coordination, and teamwork that go into bringing projects like this to life. We can’t wait to see the completed project in just a few short months!

This three-story campus is built to serve 1,415 students with high-performance design, an EHPA-rated gym, and top-notch athletic facilities — including a 400m track, soccer field, and outdoor courts.
With space for future growth and features that support both students and the community, Cross Prairie Parkway K-8 is ready to make a lasting impact for years to come.
