Ben E. Keith Distribution Center Reaches Topping-Out Milestone

On January 13, Williams Company proudly hosted the topping-out ceremony for the Ben E. Keith Foods Distribution Center in Alachua, Florida. Joined by our partners at Ben E. Keith, the team signed the final structural beam, commemorating a major project milestone.

The ceremony also celebrated 160 incident-free days, symbolized by the placement of an Arizona pine tree atop the structure.

Spanning more than 724,000 square feet, this project represents a significant undertaking made possible by the dedication and expertise of our outstanding subcontractors. To show our appreciation, Williams Company hosted a luncheon in their honor, thanking them for their hard work and commitment to excellence.

With this milestone behind us, we’re full steam ahead and excited to continue to bring this project to life!

Williams Company Named a National Philanthropy Day Award honoree

Last month, we were honored to attend National Philanthropy Day as both a supporting sponsor and an award honoree, celebrating the incredible impact of generosity across our community.

Williams Company is proud to be named a National Philanthropy Day Award honoree in the Corporate and Foundation Impact category, recognizing our ongoing commitment to giving back. In 2025 alone, we’ve donated $50,000 to each of our five charity partners and nonprofits, helped build a Habitat for Humanity home, and reached over $500,000 in community giving by the end of August. Last year, we surpassed $750,000 in total giving.
At Williams Company, we care deeply about the people in the communities we build within, and giving back is a responsibility we take to heart. We’re especially grateful to be nominated by Seniors First and honored to support their mission and this impactful event.

As we look ahead, we’re excited to continue this work in 2026 with our 2026 Community Care Project, building on the impact we’ve made together.
Thank you to everyone who helps make this possible.
